We cancel all open edits by editors when we delete them, but we do not delete spammer editors anymore - instead, we mark them as spammers and hide them but let them be for SpamBrainz to hopefully learn from them.
If a user with open edits is marked as spammer though, there's a very low chance that those edits are actually useful. We should automatically cancel them, like we would if we had removed the user. In the rare case where an edit has worth, we can approve it before we mark the user as a spammer, again as we would have done were we to remove them instead.
The same probably makes sense for open votes (which we change to Abstain on delete) since spammer votes are probably as undesirable as their edits.
