Allow sending follow-up email to editor report copy

      Sometimes it might just so happen that one wants to provide more information shortly after a report was sent. Right now it's not possible to "reply" to the report copy email since it contains no proper Reply-To or From address but noreply@musicbrainz.org

      There is also no In-Reply-To} or {{References header for the report that was sent to the admin address it seems. A report copy contains only a Message-ID for itself.
