Linking large collection to ListenBrainz creates too long GET query strings

      Initially reported by chaban in comment to MBS-12205.

      For example https://musicbrainz.org/collection/c09b0b62-ba4a-419c-8c2f-f0a01379d33d has 2,850 recordings. The (GET) link to ListenBrainz has 3747 characters. Such link will never work.

      Until ListenBrainz provide a better way to link to collection (e.g. using collection MBID or using POST requests), MusicBrainz Server should at least not create links which are bugged because their query strings are too long.
