Usually (even if not always) the bio is all that is needed to figure out if an account is a clear spammer or not. As such, it would make sense to have bios on this view to easily figure out which accounts sharing an IP or email with a spammer are clearly also spammers themselves. We should add them to the list used by IP view, email view and privilege search. Having the website can help too in the rarer cases where there's a spam site and no bio.
