Would it be possible to include standalone dumps of the url table alongside the others that are generated at https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Development/JSON_Data_Dumps?

I've been using a dump of the table to identify URLs that need to be rewritten for MBBE-71, but doing so currently requires downloading a 4.5 GB mbdump.tar.bz2 file from https://musicbrainz.org/doc/MusicBrainz_Database/Download and then extracting the 1.2 GB mbdump/url file from it. There's no way to seek in a .tar.bz2 file, and I think that the url file's path puts it near the end of the archive, so my poor laptop needs to spend many minutes decompressing pretty much the whole file to get to the url table.

(I'd be even happier to get tab-separated dumps of the table instead of JSON dumps, but there already seems to be infrastructure in place to generate the individual JSON dumps and I imagine that they'll still compress down well.)
