Artist search on cdtoc attach page struggles with ascii vs. unicode hyphens

      The artist search on /cdtoc/attach shows different results depending on the dash used. For example: Searching for "Sleater-Kinney" with a Unicode 0xe28090 hyphen, the artist is found. With an ASCII 0x2d hyphen, it is not. This is shown in the video attached. The global search in the top right finds the artist using either spelling.
