Sometimes (randomly) the 'External Links' panel fails to load when adding a new artist.

Happens when creating a new artist from the 'new artist' dropdown, and from within an editor (e.g. the relationship editor). Does not happen when editing existing artists.
To recreate: Keep clicking 'create new artist' until it happens
