Many digital releases are available "worldwide except for (X)" where X is a handful of markets, or even a single market, that has its own version.  That other version might be owned/licensed/released by a different label, or it might just have translated graphic design or translated text titles (with a different barcode).

People don't want to add 150+ countries/markets to a release, so it should be possible to add "3 countries/markets" to a release in the form of "(1) [Worldwide] except for (2) Japan and (3) Taiwan".
