Improve OAuth error message in case of expired access token

      When trying to submit tags using OAuth access token, the client receives the following error message in case of an expired token.

      <error>
    <text>
     Your credentials could not be verified. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your client doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.
    </text>

     For usage, please see: https://musicbrainz.org/development/mmd
    </text>
</error>

      This message could probably be improved to mention that an expired access token may also be the culprit.
