1. Set track lengths edit should come right after Add disc ID instead of right before. It is not (chrono)logic in the release edit history that an edit is based on something that is not yet existing.
2. If Add disc ID edit is pending, Set track lengths should not be auto-edit.
3. Set track lengths edit should be done under same editor name as Add disc ID, to maintain traceability (MBS-6778).
