To quote a recent edit that fixed the capitalization of the title of a release/release group:

https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Style/Language/English says that "Always capitalize the first and last word of a title. This rule should be followed even if the words would normally be lowercase according to the other rules." i can't find anything to suggest that a leading ellipsis overrides this.

The release/release group that was changed is …And Out Come the Wolves, but there are other examples.

Currently the Guess case function will capitalize this title as "…and Out Come the Wolves" but based on the quoted style guideline above it should be "…And Out Come the Wolves."
