If I replace dumb quotes "" with typographic quotes «» in artist name, it is considering as auto-edit and applied immediately.

If I do the same in artist credits, it is not considered as auto-edit and takes a week to be applied. For example, see <https://musicbrainz.org/edit/100215675>.

Both edits are very similar. Thus, replacing "" with «» in artist credits should be considered as auto-edit, too.
