IdRef ID URLs ending with "X" are wrongly blocked

XMLWordPrintable

      IdRef identifiers can end in "X" but it seems like the current rules allow only digits. I don't know if any other non-numerical symbols can appear in the identifiers or if they can appear in other positions.

      E.g., https://www.idref.fr/11762442X for Julian Gough
