When I refine an entity edit history and I am tweaking the edit search conditions, it often happens after several submit and condition changes that the first condition the entity condition, disappears from the next loaded form.

Sorry I have not found a consistent way to reproduce, but it happens to me usually when I use the edit search form a lot.
