Apple music links have a country identifier by default. These can be removed/ignored and it will re-direct the user to their native language and location.
Examples:
- https://music.apple.com/us/album/1700666897
- https://music.apple.com/mx/album/1700666897
- https://music.apple.com/fr/album/1700666897
- https://music.apple.com/album/1700666897
All of these redirect to the correct item, and the one without any location identifier redirects to whatever the user's location is, or whatever the last visited apple music location was (i think based on cookies?)
