Some accounts without an email address are shown as "unverified", "hidden" and display a "send email" link.

For example: https://musicbrainz.org/user/test shows "Email: (hidden) (unverified!) (send email)"
The send link doesn't make sense and if there is no email there is none to hide either.
The "nominate for auto-editor" probably doesn't make sense either when the editor can't be contacted.

Also, when there is no email address attached or it's unverified the type is apparently always shown as beginner which is quite confusing for users who already have a couple hundred accepted edits.
