Artist merge doesn't keep source artist subscription

      I am subscribed to Artist A.
      I am not subscribed to Artist B.

      If I merge A into B, I expect my A subscription to be kept for the resulting merged B artist.

      But in the end I am not subscribed. ← "bug" here.
