New report: Medium titles that are release catalog numbers

      https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Style/Release#Medium_title specifies what medium titles are supposed to be.

      VGMdb presents medium catalog numbers in the same place that MusicBrainz presents medium titles.  This causes many users to copy what they see at VGMdb into the same place that they see a text box in MusicBrainz, which is not what https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Style/Release#Medium_title says to do.

      I see this mistake constantly.
