Email client <-> web browser don't provide for a good workflow (window focus change), particularly when not using a web based email client.

The more emails there are the harder it gets to see which (set of) edits have been handled already.
Especially when receiving many No votes for edits with the same problem where voters don't always leave a note because of the inherit "spam" issue a list similar to /notes-received could help manage outstanding issues with one's own open edits.

Additionally alerts can serve as a fallback when No vote email notifications are disabled.
