Right now you can see edit notes left for your edits in https://musicbrainz.org/edit/notes-received but as far as I can tell there's no way to find edit notes left in other people's edits. As such, IIUC, the only way to find out someone has answered to the edit notes you have left while voting is through email. Not everyone uses email often anymore, and it seems useful to have a good way to do this from the site itself (possibly even by amending notes-received to also show these kinds of note).
