The instrument search for using an instrument as an attribute seems to use only the name and entirely ignore aliases (probably because attributes only have the name available?).

For example, an inline attribute search for "caramella" does not find https://beta.musicbrainz.org/instrument/e3511ed1-3d73-4340-880f-c8ccc8eda11c/aliases despite caramella being an alias there for some time (compare with the regular search https://beta.musicbrainz.org/search?query=caramella&type=instrument&limit=25&method=indexed ). It should use aliases and show it a lot higher than something like "lamellaphone".
