Add sidebar display for OTOTOY URLs

      OTOTOY is a Japanese digital download site serviced by many artists and labels, and is a consistent source of high-resolution audio if the artist/label provides it. In addition, OTOTOY visibly surfaces catalog numbers when assigned, even if other retailers don't make them visible; this has made OTOTOY a valuable resource for editors working with Japanese digital releases. Furthermore, they often have high-resolution cover art available download, sometimes even higher resolution than provided by, e.g., Apple Music.

      MB already cleans up and stores OTOTOY links in a serviceable manner, but given its value, I think it'd be worth it to add it to the sidebar for releases with links. This already happens for mora and レコチョク releases, and OTOTOY is of comparable value.
