As per discussion in STYLE-2385, we should support RISM for artists (and only artists, at the moment) as an other databases option.

RISM is a database of music sources (manuscripts, printed scores, libretti, etc.) held at various libraries, archives, galleries and the like around the world. Sources are effectively closer to BookBrainz editions than MusicBrainz works, and places are generally said libraries and whatnot. But artists are mostly musicians or otherwise MB-relevant.
