Regression: Partial birth date not allowed in user profile

      IIRC it used to be possible to enter a partial birth date (just the year) in the user profile but now it will refuse that and say "You must supply a complete birth date for us to display your age."

      Considering that artists can have a partial birth date and still have their age calculated that seems to be a bug?
