MBS-13273 tracked updating the release editor to automatically update the artist credits on tracks with featured artists, but there are still a few edge cases that could be handled better.

As described in comment 70505, tracks with featured artists don't get updated in some cases where a release artist's credited-as string was changed.

There are also several TODOs that I left in root/static/scripts/tests/edit/utility
/getUpdatedTrackArtists.js to document other cases where tracks with featured artists are inconsistently not updated.
