Setting up a development database to work on MBS issues related to cover art currently requires either to install a full database, or to go through manually downloading both full cover art dump and sample data dump.

It seems worth to additionally take into account the relevant rows from the tables under the "cover_art_archive" schema when dumping sample data. This proposition has been agreed on by reosarevok, bitmap, and Ashutosh Aswal on IRC.

Implementation-wise, the needed changes should most likely be limited to lib/MusicBrainz/Script/SampleDataDump.pm
