While reading the notes to this edit, I was pretty confused since one of the editors changed their vote later on, but their initial comment didn't seem to match the “yes” vote. Even if the “Votes” section shows a history at the top, I feel like it would be best to show the current vote at the time the comment was originally posted (including no icon if the user just commented at first). If the user later changes their mind, the previous vote statuses could be greyed out or otherwise marked as outdated.

Since the server already records votes with timestamps, this should be an UI-only change, I believe.
