when creating events, it is no longer possible to create a child event.

steps to repreoduce:

• create an event (for example "Festival Event")
• add an event relation (for example "Festival Event, Day 1)
• because the search won't find that you click on add new event
• fill in some data of that event
• press save in the "Festival Event, Day 1"

expected result:

• an event gets created and the mbid gets filled in in the add relation field

actual result:

• after pressing the save button, nothing really happens, the page feels like it gets reloaded again as if you have entered something wrong

work around:

• open a 2nd tab to create the event, after creating the event, copy the MBid so you can easily add the event as a relation to the other event
