This might only be on Beta - I started trying to test it in incognito + prod and then it worked, and then something else stopped working so I rewrote a ticket, and then it started working again, and now it's broken again. I give up, maybe someone else can get these errors happening consistently.

Issues:
'Enter edit' button being greyed out (e.g. when required info is filled in), or being clickable (e.g. when no data has been filled) at inappropriate moments.
When the above starts happening, clicking 'Enter edit', whether the required data is filled or not, does not do anything.
