Although only privileged relationship editors can edit genre and instrument entities, normal users are still allowed to edit genre and instrument relationships, which has proven to be problematic.

I'm not sure if we need to go so far as to restrict editing such relationships to relationship editors only, but they should probably be restricted to auto-editors at the very least.
