Use case: when a problematic editor is detected, I would like to check if they have hijacked any pre-existing entries (as is often the case). To achieve that, I would like to filter out edits made on entities the editor themselves has added, and only focus on edits made to other entities.

Technically, I imagine this filter would match the specified input with an "Add entity" edit by that editor. It would not necessarily need to be the first edit in that entity's history (thinking of merged entities).
