Add MBIDs to mediums

      Having MBIDs for mediums would allow us to refer to it from the CAA if we want to specify what medium an image is for. It additionally opens small possibilities to make things simpler, such as a better way to reuse specific mediums in the release editor and a way to ensure a medium link remains stable even if its position changes.

      This would involve adding a gid column to the medium table and adding a medium_gid_redirect table to keep track of merged mediums (when releases are merged).
