on the current server, things like picard's add cluster as release, adding a release from a disc id and importing from freedb create new release groups, which is a bit of a pain, so it would be good if we could select the release group when adding a release. being able to see the release group would also give some context, particularly when adding a lot of releases to the same artist (several times I've clicked on "add release" and later wondered which release I was about to add)

if it's also visible when editing a release, perhaps the "change release group" link on the release page wouldn't be necessary (not sure though)
