When adding/editing release or relationships of a release, upon creating a new artist/label/place/..., it's is not possible to add info to the annotation. Often this is the moment one has all info in front. Anything that should go to the annotation should now be added afterwards.

In practice this often causes to forget about it, or all resources are already closed.

Having the annotation field readily available on creating the new entry, will lower the threshold to make use of it, making more side information readily available from the start.
