When a release has an open edit that would change its barcode if applied, that barcode is not highlighted. This differs from behavior with other metadata that would be changed by open edits (e.g., release title, relationships, label, etc.). Affected barcodes should be highlighted on the page for the release itself, as well as in the table of releases on the page for the associated release group. 

For example, this edit removed the barcode from the release. As I write, this edit is open, but the barcode is not highlighted on the page for release or the associated release group.
