Unable to save an artist record with a certain kind of URL relationship, no error, no nothing, just the Save button becomes inactive.

For example, trying to insert this URL https://bandcamp.com/slowmouth to this entity https://musicbrainz.org/artist/ebce0a0d-5e2b-45c3-a78a-8435f9dd76ef/edit. This is a totally valid URL, since the artist doesn't have a public bandcamp page, just a collection page.
