Make it harder to skip warning about feat. artists in track titles

For MBS-10858, reosarevok updated the tracklist editor to display a warning bubble if there are any track titles that appear to contain featured artist credits, but I still see editors adding releases that have this problem.

I just realized that when adding a seeded release where all tracks have already been credited, there's actually nothing to keep an editor from skipping directly from the default "Release information" tab to the "Edit note" tab, in which case they'll never even see the warning on the "Tracklist" tab.

Would it be worthwhile to try to prevent this from happening? Some ideas:

      1. Make the warning instead be an error with a checkbox to allow bypassing it. A yellow warning sign should also be shown on the "Tracklist" tab, like what you get when you have an uncredited track or a missing medium format.

      2. Additionally display the warning bubble on the "Edit note" tab to make it more likely that editors will see the issue and go back to fix it. (If they're skipping through without reviewing anything, I don't know how likely it is that they will, though...)

Even if this isn't made an error rather than a warning, maybe the yellow warning sign should still be displayed on the tab to make it more likely that editors notice the issue. I haven't looked at the code and don't know offhand how hard it'd be to do this. I'll probably try to take a look in a week or so.
