Clean up URLs in API Search

      When entering a URL relationship in the release editor the URL is automatically cleaned up, for example
      https://petefrogs.bandcamp.com/album/genesis-jams-2?label=938878227&tab=music
      becomes
      https://petefrogs.bandcamp.com/album/genesis-jams-2
      However using the API to search for the first URL returns no results. I propose that there at least be an option for URLs to be cleaned up in this same way before they are searched.
