MBS-5944 tracks adding missing documentation bubbles to the release editor. All of the other user-facing editing forms should get a similar treatment.

I'm thinking of the following:

• root/artist/edit_form.tt
• root/label/edit_form.tt
• root/place/edit_form.tt
• root/recording/edit_form.tt
• root/release_group/edit_form.tt
• root/series/edit_form.tt
• root/work/edit_form.tt

The artist form is probably the most pressing of these, since I'd bet it's the second-most-used form (after the release form).

The alias form (root/static/scripts/alias/AliasEditForm.js, I think) also needs bubbles, but I'm assuming that the code for doing that will be pretty different from the other ones listed above.
