It's a somewhat frequent occurence that beginners and other editors check the "Make all edits votable" checkbox without really having a reason to do so, as the edits are not really controversial and often just simple release additions that could be trivially corrected or reverted if they are wrong.
I propose changing the text to make its purpose clearer. Some suggestions:
- "Open all edits for voting, including those that would apply instantly" (potentially a bit long)
- "Do not instantly apply eligible edits without voting" (double negative)
- "Apply eligible edits instantly" (with the checkbox inverted, i.e. checked by default. This would be my personal preference)
