Indicate the edited release on edits entered from the relationship editor

      When editing works/recordings relationships via the release relationship editor the edit note many times refers to the edited release (e.g. something on the cover) without mentioning which release it's referring to.

      It would be useful to automatically add the release link to the edit note. 

      I'm not sure but it might be relevant to other edit scenarios so maybe it should always be added.
