Edit medium: Tracklist should show millisecond-level duration differences

      I frequently seed milisecond-level duration from several digital platforms, but since WebUI round it when rendering tracklist, some editors was confused.

      also current rendering hides some (boths are between x.0 <= d < x.5) differences, which is small but still problem.
