Releases younger than their release label = release postdates a label set as defunct. https://musicbrainz.org/report/ReleasedToo*Late*ForLabel seems available.

If accepted, then the wording should change, so as to keep both alike without the ambiguity of “younger than”; therefore “Releases too early/late for label”.
