Improve the performance of browsing releases by label in the web service

      Queries such as https://musicbrainz.org/ws/2/release/?label=2182a316-c4bd-4605-936a-5e2fac52bdd2&limit=100&offset=5000 which browse releases by a label MBID are not as performant as they could be, due to the underlying SQL query having a slow sort order.

      Since our documentation does not establish a specific sort order for browse queries, I'd suggest we significantly improve performance by only sorting results by the release row ID.
