hoopla (typically typed in lowercase) is a streaming service available through libraries. Streaming is technically free but requires an account and available credits, which are refreshed each month. Adding artist, album, and label links to MusicBrainz would help users more easily find these releases on the service and potentially help them discover the service if they weren't already aware.
Artist URLs are typically formatted with the artist name and ID (https://www.hoopladigital.com/artist/artist-name/123456789) but can be standardized to remove the artist name and only use the ID (https://www.hoopladigital.com/artist/123456789).
Similarly, album URLs are typically formatted with the album name, artist name, and ID (https://www.hoopladigital.com/music/album-name-artist-name/123456789) but can be standardized to only use the ID (https://www.hoopladigital.com/music/123456789).
Also, labels/publishers are typically formatted with the publisher name and ID (https://www.hoopladigital.com/publisher/publisher-name/123456789/titles) but can be standardized to only use the ID (https://www.hoopladigital.com/publisher/123456789) and will redirect to the titles page.
Note the above examples are not valid URLs, but the music section can be browsed for working URLs at https://www.hoopladigital.com/browse/music
(A similar library streaming service called Freegal Music has a similar feature request at MBS-14298. A difference with Freegal Music is that each library has its own subdomain, which would need to be stripped out. hoopla's URLs appear to be universal for every user's library.)
