Adapt ReverbNation URL cleanup to changed format

      Since a few months ago, existing ReverbNation URLs are redirected to the legacy.reverbnation.com subdomain and, consequently, are not detected by our URL cleanup.

      The old URL format (reverbnation.com) still works, so it should be ok to strip the subdomain.
