I think it's a good idea to have the migration script fill the comment fields of all Recordings that are on exactly one release with that release's title.

Try making any sense of the Recordings of Like a Rolling Stone, which start at http://test.musicbrainz.org/artist/72c536dc-7137-4477-a521-567eeb840fa8/recordings?page=74 and run up to page 77.

I imagine all different recordings, for example for live recordings on different dates, need a date and venue in the comment anyway. This way, a lot of work will be done automatically.
