Hi, good job guys, this is the furthest I've /ever/ gotten when attempting to add a release via the CD TOC lookup yet. Just a few issues remaining...

After going through the release editor flow, on the Edit Note page when you are reviewing the edits to be submitted, the "Add disc ID" edit is not shown correctly, and looks like this:

Add disc ID
Release: [deleted]
Disc ID:

When submitting the changes, the server will give an error:
Caught exception in MusicBrainz::Server::Controller::ReleaseEditor::Add->add "Attribute (entity_id) does not pass the type constraint because: Validation failed for 'Int' with value 0E0 at /home/musicbrainz/musicbrainz-server/script/../lib/MusicBrainz/Server/Edit/Medium/AddDiscID.pm line 76
