It would be nice to have a section of the user page dedicated to languages ("like we do in the wiki, except nobody uses the wiki now"). That would allow the user to choose the languages they speak fluently / speak somehow / don't really speak but can help with, which would both help voters see when an editor knows the language of the release he's adding / editing (no point trying to make somebody who can't recognize a proper noun in Spanish follow closely Capitalization Standard Spanish, for example) and, if it was allowed to browse editors for languages, would make possible to easily find an editor who can help with that [language X] release that you want to add but can't really check.
