Cannot add missing entity credited differently.

      The Release Editor does not keep track artist names for new artists (those without an artist id), which causes various kinds of trouble:

      • Artist names will be missing when navigating away from a page and coming back.
      • MBS-1665
      • Missing artists will be created with their credited name, instead of the intended name.
